Katarzyna has been with H&W Catering for many years and has held all the positions in the kitchen and been involved with numerous projects. She has a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring standards never fail and identifying opportunities to improve.
Her knowledge of the kitchen, people management skills and drive made her a natural fit for the role, and she now has responsibility for H&W Catering sites across London – training staff, undertaking quality and performance reviews and managing the daily operation of the kitchens.
